Company structure

Vemex Energie, a.s. is organizationally structured into departments, in order to achieve the highest efficiency of work processes and procedures. 

The head of the executive department is the general director, Ing. Jiří Hubka, who represents Vemex Energie, a.s. and acts on its behalf to the extent authorized by the board of directors.

Other departments of Vemex Energie, a.s. include Economics, Purchasing, and Sales.
